I routinely enable KU for all my ebooks, but for some reason Amazon/KDP is acting up. It already happened with Into the Fire, when the ebook became available on KU after a while, and not on allplatforms.
I keep mailing Amazon, they keep sending me back automated responses.
I am sure that, just like the last time, things will straighten up in a few days and we none the wiser.
Please be patient, and sorry for the inconvenience.
