Back on track

If you remember, before I went on vacation, I told you I had started a small self-corruption story.
It was based on a silly but promising premise, kindly provided by one of my readers, and it was going to be quite fun to write.
And indeed it was. And it is!

The only true problem is, the thing is so fun, it got out of hand.
Not only the corruption spread to a couple of extra characters (as it happens), but my planned 12000-words story has just passed the 20000-words mark, and will probably take another 10000 to complete.
I am not complaining, of course, and I hope you will neither.

The story has no supernatural/fantasy elements and it takes place in a limited time: it is called Ten Days to Perdition.
The limited time frame makes it both exciting and unrealistic, but who cares about realism, right?

I will post a preview tomorrow, and hopefully the ebook will be ready before the end of the month.

  1. A few posts back, you asked if anyone had some ideas about how to promote your books. I just came across something that might help. I am a big fan of the writings of Belinda LaPage, who styles herself “Australia’s Mistress of Erotica.” LaPage fashions believable stories about multifaceted women, who come to expand their sexual identity and indulge in its pleasures. She even has a story about a nun, who goes rogue! I just learned that she and other authors of erotica recently formed a writers co-op, called “Cream Shaboogie Cock.” The name. it seems to me. is a sexualized rendering of a verse from a 1990s Prince song. If you just type in Cream Shaboogie Cock on your search engine, it should take you right to it. Look it over, I think it might be what you’re looking for. And if you want to learn more about Belinda LaPage, try her blog, “blin18.wixsite.com/belindalapage.” She lists on the site her email address. Feel free to send her a missive about Cream Shaboogie Cock or her stories. I have found that she always responds promptly and with very helpful answers.

    1. Thank you for thepointer.
I've joined the author's mailing list for starters. Now I'll check out some of LaPage's stuff and then I'll certainly try and get in touch with her.

  2. Try her "Sapphic Letters" series, which she is just bringing back onto Amazon. It's about two women, who think that they are straight. After all, they are married, even have kids. But then the thought of sex with another woman comes to dominant their thinking. It just seems so enticing!
